Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy explains when and how a GIFTFIFT order can be cancelled.
1. Before production begins
You can cancel for a full refund any time before production starts — that is, before you approve the preview or before we confirm the order has entered production. Just message us as soon as possible.
2. After production begins
Once production has started on a personalised item, we may have already invested materials and craft time. Cancellations at this stage may be partially refundable at our discretion, or not refundable if the item is complete.
3. Orders we may cancel
We reserve the right to cancel an order if customisation details cannot be fulfilled, the uploaded content is unsuitable or infringes rights, or payment cannot be verified. In such cases you'll receive a full refund.
