We want your gift to reach you safely and on time. This Shipping Policy explains how we dispatch and deliver GIFTFIFT orders.
1. Production before shipping
All items are made to order. The production window is shown on each product page (typically 4–14 days) and begins after your order and any preview are confirmed. Shipping time is in addition to production time.
2. Delivery coverage
We ship pan-India through reliable courier partners. Delivery timelines vary by location and are confirmed when your order is dispatched.
3. Packaging
Every gift is packed in protective, gift-ready packaging so it arrives looking beautiful and undamaged.
4. Tracking
Once your order ships, we share the courier and tracking details so you can follow it to your doorstep.
5. Delays
Occasionally, factors outside our control (weather, courier delays, festive rush) can affect delivery. We'll keep you informed and do our best to resolve any issues quickly.
